You can authorize PMH to bill your credit card on file in the Patient Portal.

Sliding Scale Fee
It's important to remember that high-deductible insurance plans typically require you to meet your deductible before insurance companies will start reimbursing for sessions. Inquire with your insurance provider for coverage and rates.
For High-Deductible Plans
Monthly invoices can be sent to your email address on file in the Patient Portal. Please inform your provider.
Out of Network?
You may still have partial coverage. We are experts
at helping you research and understand your insurance benefits! Please let your provider know your insurance needs.
We also accept cash, check and credit card payments.
For the first appointment, please arrive early and bring your Insurance Card.
